Meeting Abstract: |
The presenter would share his experience about ~30 projects for ~10 companies which he has accomplished with different level of success but where remote (aka "off-shore") engineering resources been used. Similarities among projects, executive "patterns" and "anti-patterns" and "how agility may help" represent the core of the presentation. |

Presenter Bio: |
Dmytry Mykhaylov started as a software engineer in late 80's in the USSR and have been working in the USA since 2000. Right now Dmytry is a project manager with 6+ years of experience in implementation of Geographically Distributed Projects (GDP). He specializes on startups and small to middle size projects. Dmytry believes that agile approach in project's organization on both ends of a distributed team is a key to success and profitability of a GDP. |
